Technology that flows. Operations that never stop.
We build digital platforms for operations that cannot afford to stop. Two are in production today: Ishraq and TheraFlow run clinics in Jordan and the UAE, and both are being prepared for the Saudi market.
Five tributaries we build for you, each one already running somewhere.
We set our work out in plain items, led by government-grade digital platforms and complex AI software engineering. Behind each item is a system in production today rather than a slide in a deck.
01
Government-grade digital platforms
Multi-tenant platforms that carry a full operating cycle: fine-grained role permissions, documented procedures, e-invoicing, and dashboards that give the state of the day at a glance.
In service today: Two platforms in production, running clinics in Jordan and the UAE.
02
Complex AI software engineering
We put AI inside the procedure itself, at the step where the work is done. Inference runs on the user's own device where privacy requires it, and the last call stays with a person.
In service today: On-device WebGPU skin analysis, a SOAP note draft the clinician signs off, and a computed priority center.
03
Security and compliance at the foundation
Tenant isolation enforced in the database itself, encryption on personal-data fields, passkeys, a complete audit trail, and e-invoicing built to the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
In service today: UBL invoicing with a verified hash chain, and payments through a provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
04
Arabic-first, bilingual by construction
Native RTL support that reaches into the data model itself, and interfaces drafted in Arabic first and carried into English afterwards.
In service today: More than 12,000 translation keys, guarded by automated checks.
05
Operational continuity and integration
Systems that keep working when the connection drops and sync their changes when it returns. They meet other systems through documented APIs and a FHIR gateway for the health sector.
In service today: An offline sync engine live in TheraFlow today, and more than 400 automated tests on every release.
Every tributary above is at work in the two chapters that follow.

Ishraq
The operating system for aesthetic clinics
Ishraq is the Arabic word for sunrise. It is a multi-tenant platform that carries the patient journey from one end to the other: public booking, then verified consent, then the session, then the e-invoice, then the loyalty program. Its AI works inside the procedure itself, and control stays with the clinic.

01
The Day Command Center
The clinic day opens on a computed priority list: what needs the owner's attention now, what puts today's revenue at risk, and the next step for each team.

02
The patient journey: an orbit that never breaks
Each station prepares the next: booking data sets up the consent, the consent opens the session, and the session issues the invoice and schedules the aftercare.

03
Modules working today
Every one of these is in live use, by clinic teams, every day.
AI skin analysis
Fitzpatrick typing runs on the user's own device through WebGPU. Images do not leave the clinic without explicit consent.
Growth and lead office
A full path from first inquiry to booking, with WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns run from inside the system.
Financial performance dashboard
Revenue for the day and the month, payment methods, and package performance, presented in Arabic and English.
SOAP note scribe
It turns the conversation in the session into a structured clinical draft, and the clinician signs it off.
Built to government-platform standards
ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing in UBL with a verified hash chain
Tenant isolation enforced in the database itself (RLS)
Field-level encryption on personal data at rest
WebAuthn passkeys and two-factor authentication
An audit trail holding values before and after each change
A FHIR gateway for integration with health systems
Modern management for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics
One flow that holds appointments, the treatment record, sessions, home programs, billing, and HR. For clinics working across branches and countries, and carrying on when the connection drops.

1
The appointment
Day and week schedules with a live time marker, and server-side conflict detection before a booking is confirmed.

2
The record
A patient file that is bilingual down to the data structure itself, holding the clinical history and the screenings.

3
The session
Structured clinical documentation: the plan, the exercises, pain assessment, and voice notes taken in the browser.

4
The home program
A library of 60 clinical exercises written in professional Arabic and English. The therapist assigns what fits the patient and tracks adherence.

5
The billing
Packages, installments, shared beneficiaries, server-generated PDF invoices, and an accounts-receivable aging report.

The blackout test
It works with the connection down, because the session does not stop.
The device holds every change in a local queue, each carrying an identifier that keeps it from being applied twice, then uploads all of them when the connection returns. It is a web app that installs on the device and behaves like the apps already on it.

Kilani Physiotherapy Centers, a Rafd client, works across Jordan and the UAE and is preparing to expand into Saudi Arabia. It runs its appointments, records, sessions, and billing on TheraFlow, in one flow that stays legible as the network grows.
What the two platforms share is a single way of working: Arabic comes first, security is written before the feature, and nothing goes on this page without a system behind it.
01
Arabic at the root of the build
Native RTL support in the domain model itself, and more than 12,000 translation keys guarded by automated checks that block drift between the two languages.
02
Security by design
Passkeys, two-factor authentication, row-level isolation in the database, encryption on sensitive fields, and comprehensive audit logging.
03
Compliance with Saudi regulation
E-invoicing built to ZATCA requirements, payments through a provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), and an architecture that accounts for the Personal Data Protection Law.
04
Operational continuity
Web applications that install on any device, and a full offline sync engine running in TheraFlow today.
05
Connectivity and integration
A FHIR interface for the health sector, report export to PDF or Excel, and migration tooling for legacy systems.
06
Release discipline
More than 400 automated tests, secret and vulnerability scanning, and gradual canary deployment.
